Sunrise in the Grand Canyon

Suzanne and I woke up this morning at 5:15 to watch the sunrise at Mather Point behind the Visitor Center.  The sunrise was 5:45.  It was well worth waking up before the rest of humanity (although those on the East Coast were already up for 3 hours). There were lots of others who had the same idea as we did. Unfortunately Clare and Conor did not join us (to their credit they did go to the sunset the night before). Here some photos.
